Rochester Dog Training and Care is dedicated to providing top quality training and pet care services. With a focus on building strong relationships through positive focused balanced training, we offer everything from basic obedience to advanced skills, including therapy and service dog training as well as boarding, petsitting, daycare, and more. Our team is committed to ensuring the well-being and progress of every dog we work with!
Our Story
My passion for dogs started at a young age-- while still in middle school, I began volunteering with rescue organizations. At 16 I got my first personal dog, a golden retriever, who quickly became my best friend. She was who truly inspired me to dive deeper into training and dog behavior. Her impressive temperament and obedience even allowed her to occasionally accompany me to school during my senior year.

That experience solidified my passion for training, and through the years, my passion has only grown. Now, with well over a decade of combined experience, my team and I are dedicated to providing the best care and training for every dog we work with. We are fully insured, pet First Aid and CPR certified, and committed to ongoing education, regularly attending workshops and seminars to stay at the forefront of modern care and training techniques.

In recent years, I have expanded my knowledge into the exciting world of dog sports, both training and competing. This has been an incredibly fun and rewarding journey that has deepened my understanding of canine behavior, drive and engagement.
